Super fresh style of Garganega packed with white grapefruit and citrus. Lots of character comes from the volcanic terroir through minerality. Light and alive, packed with Italian character.
Angiolino Maule is one of the founding fathers of Italian natural wine making and has been leading the way from his farm since the 1980's. The vines are on South facing volcanic soil slopes growing mainly Garganega and Merlot grapes. Naturally produced plant compost is used along with herbal remedies to control disease. No artificial products are used from vineyard to bottling.
